Replace expansion tank

Junior had a crack in the expansion tank and I'm hoping that is the cause of its loss of coolant.

Easy to replace. Just a couple of spring clips holding the rubber tubes on.

I found that a hot air gun to heat the rubber made removing the pipes much easier.

There are two types of tank for the Discovery 2. One has a pipe for coolant to the EGR valve and one does not.

Finish off by refilling with anti-freeze.
